President Obama’s campaign team has released their official soundtrack and it’s got a lot of country songs on it! The soundtrack features songs that will play during the President’s 2012 re-election campaign rallies. WHO got the honors on the list??
Dierks Bentley’s “Home,” made the final cut so that’s perfect timing for Dierks since he JUST released his brand new album on February 7th.
Also making the cut, Darius Rucker and his song “This,” which you hear on the KMLE all the time!
Other artists who made the list were No Doubt, Arcade Fire, Aretha Franklin, Al Green and James Taylor.
Sugarland’s “Stand Up” was also on the list and the Zac Brown Band’s “Keep Me In Mind” rounded out the country selections! Nice!
